*Age limitation: Registered conference attendees must be 18 years of age to attend the Adobe MAX conference and Community Pavilion, and all related events including the Welcome Reception and the MAX Bash. Requests for any exception to this term must be made in writing to conference management.
All registration fees for Adobe MAX 2011 are in U.S. dollars. The following forms of payment will be accepted: a valid major credit card (American Express, MasterCard, or Visa), wire transfer, check, or purchase order.
Payment by check or purchase order will only be available until Thursday, September 1, 2011. From Friday, September 2, 2011, through Wednesday, October 5, 2011 only a valid credit card (American Express, MasterCard or Visa) will be accepted for payment.
If you are paying by wire transfer, check or purchase order, instructions will be given on how to pay the balance due. Check payments are given a 21-day grace period from the date of registration. If you are paying by check, please note that the check must be postmarked by the corresponding deadline date in order to receive that pricing. A purchase order is not considered a form of payment.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, your registration will be canceled including the sessions and labs that were selected in the scheduler. If you arrive on-site with a balance due, you will be required to pay the full on-site price for the package selected.
Substitutions, including those made on-site, are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant from the same company. However, substituting registration status to an individual outside of your company will not be granted. Request for substitutions must be made via email, fax, or regular/overnight mail. Substitutions are not confirmed until you receive written approval from the MAX 2011 planning team. Please note there will be a $100 processing fee for substitutions.

Cancellation requests for registration fee refunds must be submitted in writing to adobemax@gpjreg.com and received by the Adobe MAX 2011 Registration Center according to the following schedule. No shows are ineligible for registration fee refunds.
- Before September 1, 2011: 50% refund
- September 2, 2011 or later: No refund
New registrations made on-site are payable only by credit card. We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. On-site registration will open at 7 a.m. on Sunday, October 2, at the Los Angeles Convention Center in the West Hall.
Please note that availability in sessions, labs, and preconference labs will be limited by the time on-site registration begins because most of our sessions and labs sell out.
Preconference lab attendees (Russell Brown@MAX, LiveCycle@MAX, or CS5.5@MAX) may pick up badges and related materials beginning Saturday, October 1 at 8 a.m. at the registration area in the West Hall at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
For all other MAX attendees, badges and related materials will be available for pickup beginning Sunday, October 2, at 7 a.m. at the registration area in the West Hall at the Los Angeles Convention Center. See full hours of operation below.
A government-issued photo ID, such as your driver's license or passport, will be required to collect your badge and other MAX 2011 conference materials. Your conference badge is required for admission to all sessions, labs, and conference activities.

The MAX 2011 three or more group discount program offers special savings when you register a group from your company. When three or more full conference passes are ordered, your registration price per pass is only $1,095. Large groups of 5 or more may be eligible for greater discounts. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, package, or promotion codes.
The three or more group discount must be paid in full. If you pay by credit card, you may choose to pay with the same credit card for the multiple registration fees or use individual credit cards for each transaction. Registration fees must be paid in full by October 1, 2011.
The three or more group discount applies only to the full conference pass. Qualifying passes must be purchased from the same organization with the same email suffix. For example, attendeeone@xyzcompany.com, attendeetwo@xyzcompany.com, attendeethree@xyzcompany.com.
If there are not three qualifying members from your organization registered by Friday, October 1, 2011, you will be charged the difference between a full conference pass and the group discount pass of $1,095, based on the date of your registration.
Preconference and BYOD labs are an additional charge and are not included with the regular MAX registration pass. Space is limited to 50 or 70 attendees per preconference lab (depending on the lab), and these spots fill quickly. Note that some preconference labs are in BYOD (bring your own device) format; you must have the appropriate configuration on your own device prior to registering for these labs.

Registered MAX attendees are permitted to purchase one guest social pass. Guests must be 21 years of age or older and accompanied by the MAX registrant who purchased the guest pass. Guest passes have access only to the following evening events:
