To book or make changes to your existing hotel reservation for Adobe MAX, please call the hotels directly. Note that some of our hotels are sold out, and negotiated room rates are now subject to availability. Prices below are listed in U.S. dollars.
For an alternative hotel booking option, you may also book a hotel reservation through our partner by contacting Ares Travel.
Complimentary shuttle bus transportation will be provided during MAX between all the hotels with the exception of those within a five-minute walking distance (JW Marriott, The Luxe and The Figueroa) and the Los Angeles Convention Center from Oct. 2-5. A shuttle schedule will be available in September.

Hotel reservations can be made during the MAX registration process until September 9, 2011. You must be registered for MAX 2011 in order to take advantage of the negotiated discounted hotel rates, which are on a first-come, first-served basis. Do not contact hotels directly; negotiated rates can be obtained only through the MAX registration process.
If you have already registered for MAX and would like to book your hotel reservation, you may log back into your MAX account at any time by using the username and password you created during the registration process.
A credit card used to hold and guarantee the hotel room reservation will be charged one night's room charge plus tax on or around September 12, 2011. MAX 2011 accepts American Express, MasterCard, or Visa. When checking in at your selected hotel, you may present another credit card for your entire hotel stay. However, if your room and tax are to remain on the credit card that was used to place a deposit and guarantee for your hotel reservation, you must have this card in your possession when you check-in. If you do not have the credit card in your possession, you will need to fill out a credit card authorization form, available to you when you make your hotel reservation during the MAX registration process.
Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours before your scheduled check-in date for a refund of the one night room charge plus tax. If the cancellation is received with at least 72 hours of notice, the hotel will refund the one night room and tax charge within two weeks of receipt of the cancellation. If the cancellation is received less than 72 hours before the check-in date, the one night room and tax charge is nonrefundable. If you do not cancel your hotel reservation and you do not check-in on the scheduled arrival date, you will be charged for one night plus tax to the credit card on file.
All hotels have a check-in time of 3 p.m. and a check-out time of 12 p.m. Noon.
Each hotel has an occupancy tax rate that will be added to the hotel reservation rate per room per night. For the specific rates, refer to each individual hotel.

Transportation from any of the Southern California airports, such as Los Angeles International Airport, Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, John Wayne Airport in Orange County, Ontario International Airport, or Long Beach Airport, is at each individual's expense and is not included in the MAX conference registration fees. None of the designated MAX 2011 hotels provides airport shuttle transportation to or from these airports.
